The community will also offer a variety of amenities, signature food and beverage options, pools, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a Barkaritaville pet area, and a live music stage, theater, and more.
On June 1st, Margaritaville Beach Resort Riviera Maya, Mexico, officially opened its doors, welcoming guests to the first adults-only resort within the all-inclusive Island Reserve collection.
Developed by Levy Holding, Latitude Margaritaville International Lake Chapala will feature a total of 194 accommodations, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 430 sq. ft. to 915 sq. ft., as well as 1,292 sq. ft. one-story homes.
This week, Margaritaville Beach Resort Ambergris Caye, Belize officially opened its doors, located just north of San Pedro and steps away from a beach that's home to the second largest coral reef in the world.
The new resort will be the first adults-only all-inclusive property for the brand, which features 355 suites within 13 room categories, nine food & beverage locations, three swimming pools, two pickleball courts, a world-class St. Somewhere Spa, and the first LandShark Brewery in Mexico.
