Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced the launch of a new Inclusive Collection brand, Impression by Secrets, with the opening of Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres.
The announcement is supported by signed letters of interest in development agreements from multiple developers for more than 100 Hyatt Studios hotels, with construction expected to begin in 2023 and the first hotel expected to open in 2024.

Brands included are Hyatt Ziva resorts, Hyatt Zilara resorts, Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Vivid Hotels & Resorts (coming soon), Alua Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas.
Caption by Hyatt hotels will be anchored by a distinctive food and beverage experience that will be a vibrant mash-up between café, market and bar. Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) consulted on the design and curation of a conversation-worthy food and beverage concept for the brand.
The properties within The Unbound Collection by Hyatt – which will include historic urban gems, contemporary trend-setters, boutique hotels, resorts, and more – will have their own individual brand identities, free from constraint or convention.
