Swiss International enters into a management agreement for a newly built mid-scale hotel in Bahadurgarh in India

Swiss International announced that it has entered into a Management Agreement with H&L Residency (PTY) LTD for a Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites in Bahadurgarh City in India. The 88 rooms and suites hotel, currently under construction, is scheduled to opening its doors and start welcoming guests on the 1st of December 2020.

Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Bahadurgarh will be the hospitality facility at the unique and prestigious HL City’s Avenue 37 commercial complex spreading over 3 acres of land. The commercial complex will consist of numerous shopping venues including a hypermarket, offices and work spaces, a food court and family entertainment facilities and zones. The Avenue 37’s offerings will complement Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Bahadurgarh’s guests’ facilities, which will be the Swiss Restaurant & Lounge, a Swiss Café - Leafs & Beans, the TED&CO Bar and Lounge and the Eventives Meetings & Events venues for up to 300 people.

Bahadurgarh, which is known as the "Gateway of Haryana" is a city in India and is located at only 2 kilometers from Delhi. With a population of approximately 170,000 people, the growing industries, its proximity to Delhi and the cities of Haryana, Avenue 37 and the Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Bahadurgarh is strategically located to service the growing demand for accommodation and the social activities of the city.

Swiss International, now has 7 hotels signed in India, Nepal and Pakistan. The company is envisaging to grow to 50 hotels over the next 4 years in Southern Asia.
