Extended Stay America announced last week the opening of the Extended Stay Premier Suites Fredericksburg, located in Virginia. The property was developed and will be managed by the owner KARA Hospitality.
The four-story, 92-room, newly constructed Extended Stay America Premier Suites will feature complimentary Wi-Fi, a free healthy breakfast, premium cable, a fitness room, an outside grilling area, onsite guest laundry, and Extended Stay America's signature spacious lobby with additional vending options. In addition, the rooms include fully equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils, and dishes, as well as pillowtop beds, recliners, and a spacious workspace.
