A few steps away from Lincoln Park and Presidente Masaryk Avenue the zone knows as "Polanquito" will become the home of the first Kimpton Hotels & Restaurantes hotel in Mexico City.

Kimpton Virgilio will be located on 79 Anatole France Street will have 48 rooms, a signature restaurant and a rooftop bar with a pool.

Kimpton Virgilio will offer personalized experiences to enjoy great moments with friends and family, this is something that characterizes Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and that now will be available in Polanco, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in the city.

As for the gastronomic offer, Pepe, a Spanish-inspired restaurant will captivate locals and visitors. In addition, La Caña, a rooftop bar with a pool where the mixology concepts, the pool and a great view will make this complex one of the favorites in the area.

To lead the team, Kimpton has tapped seasoned hospitality professional Erick Vargas as its General Manager. With more than 14 years in the hospitality industry, Erick has held roles that have ranged from hotel and restaurant operations to management and executive positions in Mexico, Australia and the US, which allows him to have an overall understanding of the business operation.

Kimpton Virgilio is owned by ZKC, a real estate investment fund specializing in Mexico City real estate developments. ZKC is developing the hotel in partnership with VineTower Development, LLC (development manager), Ambrosi Etchegaray (architect) and Arquitectura de Interiores (interior designer).
