Consider assisting a Ph.D. student from the Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston in her dissertation study. is asking hospitality leaders to answer a brief 10-minute survey about leadership inclusion and its outcomes in hospitality management teams. A report on the survey results will be published by HFTP in 2022.
The survey is anonymous. But for those who choose to enter their information at the end of the study, there is an option to enter a random raffle to win one of five $50 Amazon gift cards. The researchers will not publish or disclose anything that can be linked to you or your organization from this research.
